Celebrate Thanksgiving with this quintessential Thanksgiving dish, but make it meatless using Impossible Meat From Plants. This Impossible™ Beef, Apple & Sage Stuffing combines Impossible Beef Meat From Plants with classic savory stuffing flavors and the subtle sweetness of raisins and apples. The result is an explosion of comforting fall flavors that are absolutely perfect for the holiday.
A few tips as you embark on your Thanksgiving cooking journey. Stale bread is key to stuffing, so make sure to plan ahead and leave cubed bread to dry out for a day. Also, make sure to brown the Impossible Beef; the caramelized meat bits will give more flavor to your stuffing. Your family and friends will be so wowed by how flavorful this plant-based stuffing is, they'll be begging you for this recipe.

Step 3: MIX IN THE FRUIT & STOCK

Add in 8 tablespoons of the butter, celery and onion to the saute pan. Cook until soft, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in apples and raisins and stir for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in vegetable stock and sage, then remove from heat.
