- 1 Package Impossible™ Beef Hot Dogs Meat From Plants, 6 ct
- 6 Poppy seed hot dog buns
- 6 Tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 6 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 12 fresh tomato slices, cut in half
- 6 dill pickle spears
- 1 jar pickled sport peppers
- celery salt as desired

Prepare the Impossible Beef Hot Dogs
Heat lightly oiled pan over med-high heat. Place Impossible Beef Hot Dogs in the pan and sear on all sides (caramelization = flavor!). Cook for 4-6 minutes or until hot dogs have reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
Build your Chicago Dogs
