BACK TO BASICS

TIP 1: DON’T CHANGE A THING

Treat Impossible™ Burger the same way you’d treat the meat you know and love. Handle, form and cook it just like ground beef from a cow.

TIP 2: COOK IT TO TEMP

Like beef from a cow, Impossible™ Burger can be overcooked. We recommend cooking it to medium and slightly browned.

TIP 3: NO RESTING ON THE JOB

Impossible™ Burger is best-served immediately after cooking. No need to wait!
