Mission

Established in 2018, Women at Impossible is a community seeking to empower, develop, mentor and advocate for all women, regardless of gender assignment, expression or identity.

  • Women @ IF Mentorship Program: Mentorship provides a sense of belonging and leads to career growth. Women at Impossible launched a mentorship program in early 2020 that’s grown to more than 75 matched pairs. Each mentor-mentee pair has regular meetings to discuss challenges, opportunities and lived experiences.

  • VP Speaker Series: In honor of Women’s History Month, Women @ IF hosted a VP Speaker Series, where female leaders at IF shared more about their career paths and provided advice and inspirational words for all who tuned in.

  • Women Building the Future Campaign: Impossible Foods teamed up with Vegan Women Summit to launch the Women Building the Future initiative(opens in a new tab), a program designed to highlight women leaders who are spearheading sustainability and food technology initiatives and innovations. The program aims to bring visibility to the many women leaders in these fields around the world and their remarkable achievements. Check out this year’s amazing honorees here(opens in a new tab).
