Your favorite spicy Korean-inspired dish, now made from plants. We partnered with Omsom, a line of proud and loud, ready-to-cook Asian starter sauces, on this meaty and mouthwatering Korean bulgogi. Anything ground beef can do, Impossible™ Burger made from plants can do — even bulgogi.
Bulgogi is traditionally made with thinly sliced sirloin, ribeye, or brisket. It soaks up a meaty, savory yet sweet flavor thanks to a soy sauce–based marinade. While usually prepared on a mesh wire barbecue, for our mess-free purposes, we go skillet-style.
Omsom’s super tasty and traditional bulgogi starter sauce is a flavorful mix of gochujang, garlic, onion, soy sauce, ginger, sugar sesame oil, garlic, onion and here’s the kicker: pear juice. Is your mouth watering yet? Ours too. Let's get cooking!
