We love a whole grain bun with this burger build, but pick whatever whole wheat bun is your favorite.

- 12 oz package Impossible™ Lite Ground Beef Meat From Plants
- Burger Seasonings
- 3 Whole Grain or Whole Wheat Burger Buns, toasted
- 3 fresh Pineapple rings, cored, about 1/2-3/4 inch thick
- 3 tbsp low sodium BBQ Sauce
- 6 slices Red Onion rings
- 3/4 cup Arugula
Burger Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
How to prepare
Step 1: Make the Impossible Burger Patties
Add the burger spices with the Impossible Ground Beef, and mix to combine. Form 3 burger patties, and refrigerate until thoroughly cold.
Step 2: Grill the Burgers
Over medium-high heat, sear your burgers in a pan or on the grill to desired temperature (approximately 2 minutes per side). Grill pineapple slices, and grill red onions if desired.
Step 3: Build your Burgers
Assemble your burgers: Impossible Burger Patties on toasted bottom buns, topped with grilled pineapple, fresh or grilled red onions, and 1.5 tablespoons BBQ sauce on each burger. Enjoy!
