In this recipe, Impossible™ Lite Ground Beef Meat From Plants is seasoned with garlic and onion powders, dried oregano, and black pepper, before forming into a burger patty. And that’s just the beginning of this simple and delicious recipe. Proudly Heart-Check certified by the American Heart Association as a heart-healthy recipe, we can’t wait for you to try this combination of flavors.

Juicy grilled pineapple slices lend just the right amount of caramelization and sweet acidity, and choose your preference between fresh, crisp red onion slices or smokey, grilled red onion. A little BBQ sauce goes a long way here to tie all the flavors together, and spicy arugula adds just the right amount of texture and peppery kick. We love a whole grain bun with this burger build, but pick whatever whole wheat bun is your favorite.

One serving of this recipe is 1 burger. The image above shows 2 servings.
