    Is Impossible Sausage healthy?

When it comes to “healthy food”, it’s best to focus on eating a diverse diet that is rich in vegetables, fruits, sources of protein and whole grains. That’s why we work tirelessly to create products that everyone (meat eaters, flexitarians and vegans alike) can enjoy.

Impossible Sausage, when consumed as a replacement for ground pork from pigs, can be part of a well rounded diet, but it doesn't take the place of a salad, whole grains, or fresh fruit. It is important to get the recommended amount of daily vitamins, nutrients and protein by adding in a variety of these types of foods into your diet (and treat yourself occasionally to Impossible Sausage when you want a satisfying, protein-rich meal!).
