- Package Impossible Burger, 12 Ounce
- American Cheese or Plant-Based Cheese, 4 Slices
- 2 Pickle Chips
- 1 Potato Bun
- 1/4 Head Lettuce
- Tomato, 1 Slice
- Mayonnaise or Plant-Based Mayonnaise, 1 Cup
- Ketchup, 1 Tablespoon
- Relish, 2 Tablespoons
- Sriracha, 1 Tablespoon
- Yellow Mustard, 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Onions, as needed
How to prepare
Step 1: COOKING THE DOUBLE IMPOSSIBLE BURGER
Take a 12 oz. package of Impossible Burger and form into two separate patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through – approximately 3 minutes on each side. Add 2 slices of American cheese to each patty after the first flip.
Step 2: MIX UP THE KING’S SPECIAL SAUCE
Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, ketchup, sriracha, garlic powder and onion powder in a medium bowl and mix until well blended.
Step 3: PUT ON THE FINISHING TOUCHES
Lightly toast bun. Place lettuce and tomato on the bottom of the bun, then stack both patties on top of the lettuce and tomato. Put 2 pickle chips on top of the burgers. Finish it off by topping it off with the King’s Special Sauce.
