Cooking with Impossible™ Taco Beef Meat From Plants will have you two steps closer to Taco Tuesday any day of the week. New Impossible Taco Beef is pre-seasoned and ready to cook up so many Mexican-inspired dishes, just like this classic nachos recipe. Crispy, melty, flavorful, AND easy?! Yes please.

These nachos are so simple to put together, and make a perfect relaxed dinner for two. Starting by cooking up your pre-seasoned plant-based ground beef, and then build your nachos right in a sheet pan for easy serving. Make sure to layer the nachos with the chips, cheese, meat from plants, and black beans to ensure a superior nacho experience.

When the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from the oven, and top with some beloved nacho toppings. Our favorites for this recipe are pico de gallo, avocado, just a little additional thinly sliced jalapeño, and then cool down your taste buds with some tangy Mexican crema. Double the recipe to make a large tray for a party! We hope you love how easy and tasty this recipe is. Enjoy!
