These baked spaghettis are reminescent of lasagna, and feature three types of cheese-ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan. Go fully plant-based by subbing with your favorite dairy-free alternatives! The saucy noodles and meaty Impossible Italian-Style Beef get crispy on the edges in the oven, but remain tender and gooey with cheese in the interior. A fresh garnish of basil leaves, cracked black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil really make this dish sing.

Let's Get
8 Ingredients
- 8 oz package Impossible™ Italian-Style Beef Meat From Plants
- 16 oz Marinara Sauce
- .5 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- Torn Fresh Basil, as desired
- Drizzle of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste
How to prepare
Step 1: Boil the Spaghetti
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Butter two small baking dishes. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Impossible Italian-Style Beef
Preheat a large pan over medium heat, and crumble Impossible Italian-Style Beef into the pan, searing on all sides until nicely browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes. Stir the marinara sauce into the beef, bring to a simmer, and then remove the pot from the heat. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and ricotta. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dishes. Distribute the mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the top of each dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season to taste with a little Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Step 3: Bake and Serve
Bake until the cheese is browned and bubbling, about 20-25 minutes. Top with fresh basil, and enjoy.
