How Should I Store Impossible™ Sausage Links Made From Plants?

You can store Impossible Sausage Made From Plants just like any meat -- it poses no unique food safety risks.

 When sold thawed, Impossible™ Sausage Links Made From Plants  should have a sticker with a “best by" date (added by the store). For best quality and freshness, we recommend keeping it in your refrigerator and finishing it off before that date. Like any other perishable food, though, the freshness starts to diminish after you’ve opened the package. After the package has been opened, we recommend keeping the package covered up, storing flat, and finishing it by the “best by” date on the sticker.

How do I cook Impossible™ Sausage Links Made From Plants?

Grill:

  1. Preheat grill. 

  2. Over moderate direct heat, grill links for about 8-10 minutes, turning approximately every 2 minutes.

  3. For best results, brown all sides.

Skillet/Griddle

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle to medium heat.

  2. Cook links for about 10-12 minutes, turning approximately every 2 minutes. 

  3. For best results, brown all sides. If not using nonstick, use about a tablespoon of oil. 

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
