We have two words for you: Pickle mayo. And if you need two more, how about golden DILL-icious? Because this Impossible™ Classic Chicken Patty Sandwich Recipe is all that AND a dill pickle (or three). A quintessential classic, this recipe features our crispy, tender Impossible™ Chicken Patties Made From Plants, a tangy pickle mayo, plus more pickles, all nestled in a crispy bun.

And because it’s so easy to make, this plant-based recipe is the ideal lunchtime or weeknight dinner. Simply pop the patties in the oven for 20 minutes total. The only wait time is for the mayo, made with relish, dill, and lemon juice—we recommend letting the flavors mix and mingle for an hour in the fridge before slathering it on.

Not a pickle person? While this sandwich is a love letter to dill lovers, you can always skip the pickle! Sub classic mayo and add some crisp lettuce and juicy tomato. Or top it with coleslaw. This is a dish you can make your own. Enjoy!
