- 2 Impossible™ Chicken Patties Meat From Plants
- 2 Burger Buns
- Pickle Mayo
- Dill Pickle Chips to taste
Pickle Mayo
- 1/4 cup Mayo Or Plant-Based Mayo
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
- 1 tsp Dried Dill
- Squeeze Of Fresh Lemon Juice
How to prepare
Step 1: Bake the Impossible Chicken Patties
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen patties evenly across a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes total, flipping patty over halfway through baking. Toast your buns cut side up for the last 5 minutes of baking time in the oven.
Step 2: Make the Pickle Mayo
Mix together the pickle mayo ingredients. Place pickle mayo in the refrigerator for at least an hour for flavors to develop. Keep in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Step 3: Build Your Sandwich
Spread pickle mayo on bottom and top buns, and add the Impossible Chicken Patties and pickles. Enjoy!
