- 14 oz package Impossible™ Homestyle Meatballs Meat From Plants
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
- Hoisin Lime Sauce
Hoisin Lime Sauce
- 5 oz Hoisin Sauce
- 5 oz Sambal
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 3 Limes, zested and juiced
- 3 oz Ginger, peeled and minced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 5 Scallions, minced
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro, finely chopped
- 11 oz Brown Sugar
How to prepare
Step 1: Prepare the Impossible Meatballs
Preheat oven to 350℉. Arrange frozen meatballs in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for about 15 minutes or until hot and golden brown. Remove from oven, and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
Add hoisin sauce, sambal, rice vinegar, lime juice and zest, ginger, and garlic to a large pot, and stir to combine. Bring to a boil and then whisk in brown sugar, cilantro and scallions.
Step 3: Bring it Together
Add the Impossible Meatballs to the sauce, and stir to coat the meatballs and thoroughly heat through. Serve topped with freshly chopped cilantro and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
