Impossible® Coupon Relief Program - Official Terms & Conditions

Impossible Foods Inc. (“Impossible Foods” or “Sponsor”) is offering this limited-time program to provide free product coupons to households in the United States who have been impacted by  the recent reduction or pause in SNAP benefits or are otherwise experiencing food insecurity. By registering for the program, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Limit one (1) submission per household. No purchase necessary to participate. Employees, contractors, and agents of Impossible Foods and their immediate families are not eligible.

Program Period: The program begins on November 5, 2025, and will continue until November 30, 2025, or until coupon supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without notice.

How to Participate: Eligible participants must complete the online form available at impossiblefoods.com/snap. By submitting the form, participants certify that they meet the eligibility requirements, the information they provide is true and accurate, they or someone in their household has been impacted by the recent reduction or pause in SNAP benefits or is otherwise experiencing food insecurity. No government documentation or proof of SNAP enrollment is required. Limit of two (2) coupons per household.

Coupons: Coupons are valid for designated Impossible Foods products only, as stated on the coupon. Coupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, auctioned, or duplicated. Coupons must be used by the expiration date printed on the coupon and can only be used once in a single transaction.  Only originally issued coupons may be redeemed; photocopies or facsimiles will not be accepted. 

Privacy: Personal information collected through this program will be used solely for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the coupon program. Impossible Foods will not sell or share personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the submission process, violates these Terms, or acts in a disruptive or unlawful manner. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable submissions or coupons.

Disclaimer: This program is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), or any other government agency.

Governing Law and Disputes/ Limitation of Liability: These Terms are subject to and governed by the law of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law principles.  By participating, participants agree that any disputes arising from or relating to this program or the coupons issued hereunder shall be resolved individually and exclusively through mediation administered by JAMS under its applicable rules. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE  RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, I HEREBY AGREE THAT IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VARIATIONS THEREOF. THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE AN ARBITRATOR EXPERIENCED IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN CALIFORNIA. Sponsor’s total liability to a participant in connection with this program shall not exceed the value of the coupon(s) provided to that participant.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM OR THE COUPONS. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES EVEN IF SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PROGRAM OR THE COUPONS OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITH THE COUPON, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES AND/OR LIABILITIES, SO CERTAIN OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
