The Impossible Refuel Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Impossible Foods, Inc., 400 Saginaw Drive Redwood City CA 94063 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. You understand that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THESE TERMS AND WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO SPONSOR AND NOT TO INSTAGRAM. THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL ONLY BE USED AS PROVIDED BELOW IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor only.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at or about 12pm Pacific Time (“PT”) on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 and ends at or about 8pm PT on Monday, February 16, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer will serve as the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Winners to be notified by February 17, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who at the time of entry are 18 years of age or older and have a valid email address. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, parents or subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, agents, representatives, contractors, and any other company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households, whether or not related are not eligible to enter or to win.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, complete all required entry steps on the applicable Instagram post: (i) Like the Sweepstakes post, (ii) Follow @impossible on Instagram, and (iii) comment with what you’re refueling up for (ex: running a 5K/marathon, a big game, or even a rough Monday)

An Instagram account is required to enter. Your Instagram account must be public (open) at the time of entry and must include @impossible so Sponsor can notify winners. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated entries or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS & CONTENT STANDARDS: Entries must comply with these Official Rules and Instagram’s terms. Entries may not contain content that is sexually explicit, defamatory, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right (but is not obligated) to review and disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or Sponsor’s image standards. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, or otherwise non-conforming entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

GENERAL ENTRY TERMS: Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entry, which will be disqualified. Use of automated entry systems and tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Receipt of entry will not be acknowledged, and proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account or social media account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address or social media account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or Social Media Site responsible for assigning the e-mail addresses or social media account. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Each entrant submitting an entry unconditionally and irrevocably grants to Sponsor (and those acting pursuant to the direction of Sponsor) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, fully-transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and exploit that entry in any way (without approval of, compensation or acknowledgement to the individual that submits an entry) for promotional purposes in any media or manner worldwide. Any individual submitting an entry hereby waives in favor of Sponsor any moral rights, “droit moral,” rights of attribution or similar rights the individual might otherwise have in or to the entry. Sponsor shall have no obligation to maintain any of the entries or information or ideas contained therein as confidential or proprietary. Entrants agree that there is no guarantee that Sponsor will make use of any rights granted to Sponsor in any entry and any use of an entry is solely at Sponsor’s discretion.

WINNER SELECTION: Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all valid and eligible entries posted to Instagram during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all respects.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the prize drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message, with instructions on how to redeem the prize. The notified winner must reply to the Direct Message within twenty-four (24) hours or they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be randomly selected. The potential winner must follow the instructions to redeem a prize within the required time period or the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited. A winning entry may not be declared until verification of eligibility of the entrant as well as verification of compliance with these Official Rules. Please ensure that email and social media settings are set up to allow for receipt of communications from Sponsor. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable prize notification resulting from undelivered telephone calls, any form of active or passive filtering by any social media platform or entrant’s account or email settings or for insufficient space in an entrant’s user account to receive notifications or emails.

Potential winner must sign and return any required forms, including, without limitation, statements of eligibility, prize acceptance and liability and publicity release forms, and applicable tax forms (“Confirmation/Release”) to Sponsor within ten (10) business days after delivery of the forms. The return of the above-mentioned forms within the allotted time shall be solely the responsibility of the potential winner; Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, cannot be reached by Sponsor (or its designee), or fails to return all of the required forms within the time specified, that potential winner may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, the prize will be forfeited and a new potential winner will be selected, while time permits.

PRIZE: Each winner shall receive one  (1) custom tote bag, one (1) water bottle, one (1) chicken nugget bag, and two (2) packages of ground beef (Total Estimated Value Per Prize - approximately $100.00). Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portion thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value if inventory or other constraints require. Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sponsor will not replace lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed prizes. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance or use are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

PUBLICITY & USE OF WINNER INFORMATION: Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Personal data collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used and disclosed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://impossiblefoods.com/privacy.

RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death or property damage, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Sponsor. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for technical, hardware or software failures that may affect entry. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES; TO THAT EXTENT, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false or fraudulent information, or otherwise acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

RECORD RETENTION & SELECTION AUDIT: Sponsor will retain entry records, comment exports, the random selection output and related audit files (including a screenshot or screen recording of the random selection) for a minimum of three (3) years from the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of their respective owners. Sponsor is responsible for any required permissions for third-party marks used in the promotion.

GOVERNING LAW; VENUE: These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in San Mateo County or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and entrants hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

SEVERABILITY; WAIVER: If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WINNER NAMES: For the name of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the winner selection date to: Impossible Foods, Attn: Promotions — Impossible® Refuel Giveaway Winners, 400 Saginaw Drive, Redwood City, CA 94063. Where required by law, Sponsor will reimburse postage.
