  • 1 Impossible™ Sausage Patty Made From Plants
  • 2 Frozen Toaster Waffles
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter or Plant-Based Butter
  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup
  • two drops vanilla extract if desired
3 steps
  1. Prepare the Impossible Sausage

Preheat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place a frozen Impossible Sausage Patty on the skillet, and cover. Cook 2 minutes per side for approximately 4 minutes total or until hot, and remove from pan. Alternatively, microwave patty on high for 1.5 to 2 minutes on a microwave-safe plate.

  2. Toast the Waffles

While the patties heat, toast your waffles and prepare the syrup mixture. Combine the syrup and butter in a microwaveable glass container, and melt the butter/heat the syrup on high for approximately 30 seconds. Mix, and continue to heat if needed in the microwave. Add a couple drops of vanilla extract if desired, and stir again.

  3. Build the Waffle Sandwich

Add the Impossible Sausage Patty on top of one of the toasted waffles, drizzle the syrup over the inside of the sando, and top with the other waffle, and take to-go! Alternatively, pour the syrup over the sandwich and eat with a fork and knife. Enjoy!
