Some people are very strict about what goes on nachos, while the fun people know that chips are merely the canvas for foodie artistry. This Impossible™ BBQ Chicken Nugget Nacho recipe is one part BBQ chicken pizza, one part Hawaiian pizza, and all parts DELICIOUS NACHOS. 

Start with your favorite crunchy tortilla chips, then pile on the nacho joy, including our juicy, tender Impossible™ Chicken Nuggets Made From Plants, plus melty cheese, cilantro, pineapple, onion, and thinly sliced jalepeño. And finish with the piece (sauce?) de résistance: barbecue sauce.

  • 1 Package Impossible™ Chicken Nuggets Made From Plants
  • 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce
  • 13 Ounce package Tortilla Chips
  • 8 Ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Cups Pineapple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, sliced thin
  • 1 Jalapeño, thinly sliced

  1. Bake the Impossible Chicken Nuggets

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange frozen nuggets on baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Once cooled, chop Impossible Nuggets into pieces. In a bowl, toss the nugget pieces with 1 cup of BBQ sauce. Set aside.

  2. Build Your Nachos

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Build your nachos on a sheet pan! For easy cleanup, line your sheet pan with parchment paper. Layer the chips, Impossible Chicken Nuggets, shredded mozzarella cheese, diced red onion, and pineapple. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Top with cilantro, freshly sliced jalapeños, and drizzle more BBQ sauce over the nachos--however saucy you'd like!

  3. Serve and Enjoy

    Gather round the sheet pan (careful! Don't burn yourself!), and enjoy alone (we believe in you!) or with friends.
