EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
IMPOSSIBLE® POP-UP: EAT. RINSE. REPEAT.
BY RSVPING FOR OR ENTERING THIS EVENT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW AND WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE IMPOSSIBLE FOODS INC., a Delaware corporation (“Sponsor”).
Activity/ Event: Impossible® Pop-Up: Eat. Rinse. Repeat. – a promotional event featuring music, food, and beverages Date: August 23, 2025 Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York
Eligibility and Entry. This is a 21+ event, and all guests must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to enter. RSVPs do not guarantee entry, as space is limited and entry is first come, first served. Sponsor may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave at its sole discretion.
Participation and Agreement. By attending this event (the “Activity”), you acknowledge and agree that your entry and presence constitute acceptance of all terms of this Release of Liability and Waiver of Rights (this “Release and Waiver”). This Release and Waiver is binding upon you and enforceable against you, your personal representatives, spouse, heirs, successors, assigns, and next of kin.
Assumption of Risk. You understand that participation in the Activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, intoxication, property loss or theft, communicable disease exposure (including COVID-19), injury, and other accidents. You voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, even if arising from the ordinary negligence of Sponsor or others.
Release from Liability. You fully and forever release and discharge Sponsor, the venue, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, insurers, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, or liabilities of any kind (including negligence claims) directly or indirectly arising out of or related to your participation in the Activity. This Release does not extend to claims for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) resulting from your conduct, actions, or inactions while participating in the Activity.
Covenant Not to Sue. You agree not to bring any lawsuit or legal claim against the Released Parties for injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss connected with the Activity, even if caused by the ordinary negligence of Sponsor or others.
Conduct, Alcohol, and Safety. You agree to follow all rules and instructions during the Activity. Illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items are prohibited. Alcohol may be served only to those 21 and over with valid identification. Sponsor and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe.
Food and Allergens. Food at the Activity may contain or come into contact with common allergens. It is your responsibility to determine whether food or beverages are safe for your consumption.
Medical Treatment. In the event of illness or injury, you consent to receive medical treatment as deemed necessary, and agree to be solely responsible for all related costs.
Publicity Release. By attending, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, image, and voice in photographs, videos, and other recordings of the Activity for promotional or other lawful purposes without compensation.
Event Changes. Sponsor may change, postpone, or cancel the Activity at any time, including for reasons outside of its control. Sponsor shall not be liable for costs or damages arising from such changes.
Governing Law. This Release and Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Notice. BY RSVPING AND ENTERING THE EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER, AND THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE SPONSOR.
