- Water Chestnut
- Ginger
- Dried Tangerine Peel
- Rice
- 3 Eggs (optional)
- 3 Tablespoons Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
- Amoy Sweet Soy Sauce To Taste
PREP THE INGREDIENTS
Ingredients used
- Water Chestnut
- Ginger
- Dried Tangerine Peel
- Rice
Wash the Rice and rinse for later use. Cut the Water Chestnut into small cubes. Chop the Ginger and Dried Tangerine Peel.
MARINADE THE IMPOSSIBLE
Ingredients used
- 1 Pack Impossible™ Beef
- 3 Tablespoons Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
In a bowl, mix the chopped ingredients with marinade ingredients and Impossible™ Beef.
COOK THE CLAY POT RICE
Ingredients used
- 3 Eggs (optional)
Put ⅓ of rice in a clay pot, add 130ml of water and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Spread ⅓ of the marinated Impossible Beef on top of the rice, cover and cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Adjust the angle of the clay pot every few minutes to ensure the pot is heated evenly. Add an Egg* on top, cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients in other clay pots. *Make it 100% plant-based by omitting the egg.
