Elaine Paik

Elaine Paik is a seasoned executive and the Chief Financial Officer at Impossible Foods. With a career spanning over 25 years, Elaine has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence, financial performance and driving sustained value for stakeholders.

Before joining Impossible Foods in December 2023, Elaine was the Chief Financial Officer at Juul Labs Inc., where she navigated complex landscapes, optimized processes and instilled discipline across all areas of finance to improve the financial profile of the company.  

Prior to Juul, Elaine spent over 20 years with Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she worked across all areas of finance, including serving as Global Treasurer, leading the Treasury function and spearheading M&A activities. She played a key role in defining the company’s capital structure and ensuring financial resources were used effectively to support the company’s strategic priorities. While at Colgate-Palmolive, Elaine was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance by Treasury & Risk Magazine.

Elaine is a strong believer in the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion, and was a founding member of the Colgate Women’s Network (CWN) – an inclusive network that addresses the professional and personal needs of Colgate women at all levels of the organization.
