- 12 oz Ground Beef Meat From Plants
- 6 slices Tomato
- 1 cup Mayo
- Sriracha, 2 Tablespoons
- Pepperoncini, 2 Tablespoons
- Red onion, 1/4" thick, 6 Slices
- 3 slices American Cheese
- Ketchup, 2 Tablespoons
- Dill Pickle Relish, 2 Tablespoons
- Butter Lettuce, 6 Leaves
- Brioche Buns or slider rolls, 6 Small
- Dill Pickle Chips
How to prepare
Step 1: Cook Impossible Sliders
Divide one package of Impossible Beef into 6 slider patties, approximately the size of the slider buns. Over medium-high heat, sear your sliders in a pan or on the grill to desired temperature (approximately 1-2 minutes per side). Season with salt and pepper as desired. While the patties are cooking, cut the cheese slices into quarters. Place two quarters of each slice on top of each slider patty and cover until cheese has melted. *Make it 100% plant-based with plant-based cheese.
Step 2: Make the Americana Sauce
Mince the pepperoncini and combine with mayo, ketchup, sriracha, and dill pickle relish. *Make it 100% plant-based with plant-based mayo.
Step 3: Assemble Sliders
To assemble, lightly toast your slider buns and add a generous layer of the Americana sauce to the bottom bun. Top with your favorite burger ingredients! Our favorites include lettuce, tomato, red onion & dill pickles.
