In it, you’ll find some delightfully unlikely pairings, like sriracha and pepperoncini, along with classic ingredients like fresh sliced tomato, onions, and lettuce. The addition of a brioche bun, rather than a potato or white bread bun, adds a hint of sweetness that pulls all of the flavors together. Bonus points if you take on the task of baking your own homemade brioche buns, but store-bought will always do the trick!

  • 1 Pack Impossible™ Beef
  • 1/2 Cups Mayo
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 Tablespoon Pepperoncini
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Onion
  • 8 Slices Tomato
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 4 Slices American Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill Pickle Relish
  • 4 Leaves Butter Lettuce
  • 4 Brioche Buns
  • Dill Pickle Chips

  1. COOK THE IMPOSSIBLE™ BURGER

    Ingredients used

    • 1 Pack Impossible™ Beef
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 4 Slices American Cheese

    Form 1 package of Impossible™ Beef into 4 burger patties. Season to taste. Cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Add a slice of cheese on top and cover until the cheese has melted. *Make it 100% plant-based with plant-based cheese.

  2. MAKE THE AMERICANA SAUCE

    Ingredients used

    • 1/2 Cups Mayo
    • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
    • 1 Tablespoon Pepperoncini
    • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
    • 1 Tablespoon Dill Pickle Relish

    Mince the pepperoncini and combine with mayo, ketchup, sriracha, and dill pickle relish. *Make it 100% plant-based with plant-based mayo.

  3. ASSEMBLE

    Ingredients used

    • 1 Teaspoon Red Onion
    • 8 Slices Tomato
    • 4 Leaves Butter Lettuce
    • 4 Brioche Buns
    • Dill Pickle Chips

    Thinly slice the onion. Toast the buns and then cover with the Americana sauce. Top with the burger, lettuce, tomato, onion, and dill pickle chips.

  4. SERVE, SHARE, AND ENJOY

    Makes four delicious Impossible burgers.
