- Package Fusilli, orecchiette or your favorite pasta, 12 Ounce
- Cooking Oil such as Vegetable or Avocado Oil, 1 Tablespoon
- Impossible™ Sausage Made From Plants Spicy, 14 oz
- Garlic, sliced thin, 6 Cloves
- Sun Dried Tomato in Oil, finely chopped, 4 Tablespoons
- Baby Broccoli, Florets and Stems cut into 1/2" pieces, Florets removed from Stems, 1 Bunch
- 0.25 cup White Wine
- 0.5 cup Vegetable Stock
- Heavy Cream or Full Fat Unsweetened Oat Milk, 1 Cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese or Plant-based Parmesan Cheese, 1 Cup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
How to prepare
Step 1: Cook Pasta
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook Impossible Sausage
Add oil to a pan over medium high heat. Crumble Impossible Sausage in pan and brown until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside in a separate bowl.
Step 3: Saute Vegetables
In the same pan over medium high heat, add garlic, sun dried tomatoes, and broccoli stems. Cook for about one min then remove from heat.
Step 4: Make Sauce
To make the sauce, deglaze the pan with white wine. Heat for one minute. Add in vegetable stock and heavy cream (or oat milk) and cook for approximately two minutes or until heavy cream bubbles up and begins to reduce.
Step 5: Bring Everything Together
Stir in cooked pasta, broccoli florets, and cheese to the sauce. Add in browned Impossible Sausage Made From Plants, Spicy and cook for an additional minute.
Step 6: Finish
Season with salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy.
