A mouthwatering Impossible™ Sausage Patty is nestled between two slices of a toasted muffin, draped in melted American cheese, and cushioned with fluffy scrambled eggs. Meaty, cheesy sausage breakfast muffin, that you can make your own. Prefer eggs over easy? Go for it!

- 6 English muffins or bagels, sliced
- 6 Tablespoons Butter or plant-based butter, melted
- 6 Tablespoons Vegetable oil, plus more as needed
- 6 Impossible™ Sausage Patties Made From Plants
- 6 Eggs or Plant-based Eggs
- 6 Slices American cheese or plant-based American cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Toast the bread
Preheat the oven to 177 degrees C. Brush the inside of each muffin with the melted butter and toast in the oven until slightly crispy and golden brown, approximately, 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Cook the Impossible Sausage Patties
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear Impossible Sausage Patties approximately 2 minutes per side. Once patties are cooked, remove from skillet and place on the bottom half of each toasted muffin.
Scramble the eggs
In a bowl, whisk eggs until yolks and white are well-combined. Whisking with a fork will make your eggs light and airy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add more oil to the skillet if necessary. Scramble eggs, stirring and folding frequently until cooked to desired consistency.
Melt the cheese
Top eggs in the skillet with cheese slices. Place a lid over the skillet to melt the cheese.
Assemble the sandwich
To assemble, place egg and cheese mixture on the sausage patty and top with the second half of toasted muffin.
