Here’s another classic Cantonese side dish that we’ve given the Impossible™ Beef treatment. Our version takes this standard side and moves it to the center of the meal. The addition of Impossible Beef makes this a delicious and protein-rich main dish. The beans are cooked first in a hot dry pan, and then removed from the pan. Impossible Beef is then cooked in the same pan with oil. The beans are then added back, along with the seasoning mix. The seasoning is quite delicious and will make the entire dish explode with flavor. Be sure to use rice wine and sesame oil. Both of these are great staples to have in your refrigerator or pantry, so stock up. This is an easy dish to make, and with Impossible Beef it becomes a hearty main course.
