14 Ingredients

  • 1 package Impossible® Beef Meat From Plants
  • Panko Breadcrumbs, 0.75 Cup
  • Spring Onions, finely chopped, 2 Tablespoons
  • Ginger, grated, 2 Teaspoons
  • Garlic, minced, 1 Teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce, 1 Teaspoon
  • Peanut Butter, 1 Tablespoon
  • 4 Wooden Skewers
  • Unsweetened Coconut Milk, 0.5 Cup
  • Peanut Butter or Almond Butter, 0.5 Cup
  • Lime Juice, 2 Tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce, 2 Tablespoons
  • Fresh Cilantro, chopped, 3 Tablespoons
  • Sriracha Sauce, 2 Tablespoons

How to prepare

Step 1: PREP YOUR INGREDIENTS

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until smooth.

Step 2: MAKE THE MEATBALLS

In a large bowl, combine the Impossible Beef with meatball ingredients and stir until ingredients are well combined. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and slide onto wooden skewers (3-4 meatballs on each skewer).

Step 3: COOK THE SKEWERS

Place the skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in a 200C/400F preheated oven. Use ½ cup of the sauce for basting the meatballs and reserve the remaining sauce for serving. To baste the meatballs, use a spoon to pour the sauce over both sides of the meatballs after 15 minutes. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the meatballs are brown and cooked through.

Step 4: SERVE AND ENJOY

Remove meatballs from the oven, transfer to a serving plate and serve with remaining sauce.
