Rob Haas is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Impossible Foods.

Rob Haas is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Impossible Foods. A results-driven and versatile leader, Rob joined the company in June 2023 to oversee all parts of its supply chain – from ingredient sourcing to dynamic forecasting. 

With over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Rob previously served as Chief Supply Officer at EverGrain Ingredients, a sustainable ingredient company created and backed by Anheuser Busch (AB) InBev.

At EverGrain, Rob led design, construction and operational ramp up for the first large scale plant-based barley protein ingredients company focused on upcycling brewers’ saved grain into high quality, nutritious ingredients and plant proteins. His team built a structured supply chain spanning food safety, quality, EHS, engineering, CAPEX, S&OP, operations, technical procurement, talent recruiting and people development.

Rob previously held leadership positions at AB InBev for nearly 20 years, serving as the Global VP of Ingredients, Supply Chain and Global Director of Engineering and CAPEX, as well as CEO and President of Metal Container Corporation (MCC), an AB InBev subsidiary. As an operational leader across multiple MCC plants, Rob implemented and optimized Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO), a world class lean manufacturing management system that unified AB InBev’s global operations into one cohesive unit.

Earlier in his career, Rob also helped build global operational capabilities to support new market expansion in APAC and Western Europe – including seven years living in China and Europe – and helped scale up new snack food production capabilities. 

Rob has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a Master's in International Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis. Rob and his family currently reside in St. Louis, Mo.
