We don’t mess around when it comes to allergies, and we encourage anyone with food allergies or sensitivities to regularly review our ingredient lists, as we are continually working to improve the taste and nutrition of Impossible™ products, including through periodic recipe updates. Here’s an overview: our products contain soy. Impossible™ Chicken Nuggets Made From Plants contain soy and wheat. Impossible™ products in Hong Kong do not contain dairy, eggs, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, or tree nuts, and they’re safe for those with alpha-gal syndrome. Almost everything we eat is processed in some way. For example: blending, mixing, cooking, or baking are all "processes" that change a food from its raw, natural state. Our products are made by mixing carefully selected ingredients derived from plants or by fermentation, to create something unique and delicious.

Impossible Foods complies with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on GRAS (generally recognized as safe) ingredients and has gone above and beyond strict compliance, providing extensive test data to the FDA. Impossible Foods makes products for everyone, including those with religious dietary restrictions -- Impossible™ Beef Made From Plants is Halal and Kosher certified. Please note that the Impossible™ Sausage Made From Plants, Impossible™ Chicken Made From Plants and Impossible™ Pork Made From Plants (both available in restaurants in Hong Kong and Singapore) are not Halal or Kosher certified.
