This sandwich features crispy, juicy Impossible™ Spicy Chicken Patties Made From Plants and the tasty balance of spice baked into each patty, but it also layers in flavor with a quick and easy hot honey, and what we're calling a "sweet heat mayo." Round it all out with a toasted buttery bun, salty-sweet bread and butter pickles, and crisp finely shredded lettuce, and you have a sandwich masterpiece. Enjoy!

  • 1 Package Impossible™ Spicy Chicken Patties Made From Plants
  • 2 fresh Fresno chiles, sliced thin
  • 1 Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 Cup honey or agave
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1/3 cup Spicy Bread and Butter Pickle Relish
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Head Iceberg Lettuce, thinly sliced
  • Spicy Bread and Butter Pickle Chips, as desired
  • 5 Brioche Buns, toasted

  1. Make the Hot Honey

    Combine fresh chili, crushed red pepper flakes and honey or agave in a microwave-safe container, and microwave for 30 secs to 1 min or until warmed through. Stir, then allow to cool for flavors to develop.

  2. Mix up the Sweet Heat Mayo

    Mix together the mayo, relish, rice vinegar, and hot sauce.

  3. Prepare the Patties

    Prepare the Impossible Spicy Chicken Patties according to package directions in the oven or air fryer. Drizzle the hot honey over the crispy and hot patties once they come out of the oven or air fryer.

  4. Build the Sandwich

    Toss the thinly sliced lettuce with the sweet heat mayo. Layer pickles, the hot honey drizzled spicy patties, and mayo dressed lettuce on each toasted bun. Add more hot honey as desired. Enjoy!
