Enjoy this winning recipe from Bill Donovan and his Code 3 Chili team made with Impossible™ Beef Made From Plants. Bill won the Impossible™ Chili Cook off at the World Championship Chili Cook-Off in 2022, hosted by the International Chili Society.

Bill Donovan is a retired fireman, and "Code 3" is a description of a fire in Cincinnati that requires more fire engines to put out the fire. As the name implies, this chili can really turn up the heat!

The Impossible™ Chili Cook Off was the first time that Bill ever experimented or cooked with a plant-based product. He used his family's homestyle recipe and adapted it to feature Impossible™ Beef. He didn’t want to change or complicate the recipe, and was pleased with the results—and so were the judges! Congratulations, Bill!
