Impossible Chicken Patties are made from plants, for chicken lovers! With a golden brown crispy breading on the outside and a tender, juicy bite on the inside, you can stack a sandwich for lunch, stuff a wrap for dinner, or dip a patty anytime. Bonus: they're easy to make—just pop them in the microwave, oven, or air fryer.

And sure, while they’re made from plants, they taste like chicken.* In fact, here’s how our chicken patties stack up:

  • 10 grams of protein per serving

  • 50% less saturated fat & 30% less total fat than the leading animal chicken patty**

  • No cholesterol

  • Better for the planet

*When we say “tastes like chicken,” we mean it: In an April 2022 in-home test of 104 U.S. participants who regularly purchase animal chicken patties, 88% somewhat or strongly agreed they taste like animal chicken patties.
**The leading animal chicken patties contain 13g of total fat and 3g of saturated fat while Impossible Chicken Patties Made From Plants contain 9g of total fat and 1.5g of saturated fat per 77g serving.

(What's Inside)

How do we get our chicken patties so tender, juicy, and delicious?

Impossible Chicken Patties Made From Plants are made with soy protein to deliver that meaty bite. This plant-based protein is a good source of—yep!—protein, as well as essential minerals like potassium. Sunflower oil gives Impossible Chicken its juiciness. And holding it all together is methylcellulose (a common binder in sauces, jams, even ice cream) and food starch (a carbohydrate regularly used in foods like canned soup). A blend of herbs and seasoning gives our plant-based chicken a delicious, savory flavor. And lastly, wheat flour creates golden-brown breadcrumbs to give it a crispy coating.
