One thing you learn quickly when you go to a cookout party is this: everyone knows someone who makes the best guacamole they’ve ever had. We think there is a simple explanation for that. Homemade guacamole is wonderfully fresh. That’s why we think you should try your hand at making your own guacamole for this gloriously tasty Impossible™ Beef grilling recipe.

It’s not just the fresh guacamole that you’ll be making, this recipe is a festival of tasty ingredients, starting with the juicy meat, made from plants—Impossible Beef. First, you’ll mix in a blend of spices similar to what you’d use for tacos and form your taco burger patties.

For the buns, we prefer brioche buns. Brioche has egg and butter in the batter, which makes it lighter, fluffier, and, well, delicious. Burgers on brioche buns are a match made in heaven.

So, grill those burgers up, and top with cheddar cheese, and you'll be all set to enjoy a jalapeño cheddar, taco guac burger.
