Looking for a delicious, easy-to-make variation on the old Caesar Salad standard? Try our twist on this classic topped with crispy, tender Impossible™ Chicken Nuggets Made From Plants.

The Caesar Salad has been around for quite some time now. The semi-official story is that it was created by Caesar Cardini, a California restaurateur who opened a restaurant in Tijuana at the beginning of the 20th century to escape America’s Prohibition laws. Any dish that has been around for almost a hundred years must be incredible in its original form, but hey, it might get boring, too.

Our Impossible Chicken Nuggets Made From Plants, coated with a blend of herbs and seasoning and with a crispy, meaty bite, are cut into strips and give this salad a new texture. This isn’t the old warhorse Caesar Salad you’re serving. This is something entirely new, tasty and exciting.

  • 1 Package Impossible™ Chicken Nuggets Made From Plants (383g)
  • 4 Romaine Lettuce Hearts, chopped
  • Caesar Dressing
  • 1 Cup Croutons
  • 1/2 Cup Shaved Parmesan
  • 1 Basket Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
5 steps
  1. Bake the Nuggets

Preheat oven to 190°C. Arrange frozen nuggets on baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Impossible Chicken Nuggets Made From Plants work great in an air fryer too! Arrange a single layer of nuggets in the air fryer basket, and cook at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.

  2. Prepare Romaine Lettuce

Chop romaine lettuce hearts. Rinse the lettuce and dry with a clean towel, or use a salad spinner.

  3. Dress the Salad

Toss lettuce in Caesar dressing until evenly coated. Add croutons and toss lightly.

  4. Cut Nuggets Into Strips

Cut nuggets into strips, or whatever size you'd like. Set aside and gather the remaining salad components.

  5. Serve and Enjoy

To serve, top salad with strips of Impossible Chicken Nuggets Made From Plants, shaved parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes if desired. Enjoy!
