Introducing a deliciously satisfying and environmentally conscious twist on a classic Korean dish - Impossible™ Tteok-galbi! This recipe uses Impossible™ Beef Mince to recreate the same juicy and savoury flavours of traditional beef Tteok-galbi, while being better for the planet.

Historically, tteok-galbi was an exclusive Korean Royal Court Cuisine enjoyed by the king. Today, Chef Jung Eun Chae gives this traditional dish a fresh spin by recreating it with Impossible™ Beef. Known for her innovative and flavourful dishes, Chef Chae has made a name for herself in the Melbourne culinary scene. With a passion for using traditional fermentation techniques from her home cuisine, her menu features a mix of classic Korean dishes with her own creative twists - and this dish is no exception!

Made with our juicy Impossible Beef Mince, these moreish beef patties use a blend of Korean seasonings to capture the sweet soy flavour this dish is known for. For cooks at home, we recommend using Jin Soy Sauce, a Korean brand of soy sauce, for the most authentic flavour profile.

Best served with steamed rice and your favourite sides, this meal is a sure-fire way to impress the family with your barbequing skills!
