- 1 Stalk Lemongrass
- 4 茶匙 Calamansi Juice
- 1 Chilli Padi
- 1 Cavendish Banana
- 1 Bunch Coriander
- 4 茶匙 Coconut Cream
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- 1 茶匙 Cumin Seeds
- 15 Large Leaves of Chinese Spinach
- 2 湯匙 Cooking Oil
PREP YOUR INGREDIENTS

- 1 包 Impossible™ Beef Made From Plants
- 2 安士 Peeled Ginger
- 3 瓣 Garlic
- 5 Shallots
- 1 Stalk Lemongrass
- 1 Chilli Padi
- 1 Cavendish Banana
- 1 Bunch Coriander
Cut peeled ginger, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, chilli padi and 1 banana into small pieces and set aside. Wash coriander together with stem and roughly chop. Add the ginger, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, chilli padi and coriander into mortar and pestle, pound mixture until no fibres can be seen anymore. Blanch spinach in boiling water for 10 seconds then set aside.
PREP THE IMPOSSIBLE BEEF
材料
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- 1 茶匙 Cumin Seeds
- 15 Large Leaves of Chinese Spinach
Add salt, cumin seeds and 1 banana into Impossible beef and combine well . Divide Impossible Beef into 3 then shape it into a rectangular bar. Wrap Impossible Beef in spinach and set aside.
COOK THE REMPAH

- 4 茶匙 Calamansi Juice
- 4 茶匙 Coconut Cream
- 2 湯匙 Cooking Oil
Heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan then add in rempah mixture to fry. Fry until oil separates from the mixture then add in ½ cup of water or vegetable stock and bring to a simmer. Add 1 Cavendish banana (sliced) and cook until soften then add coconut cream and calamansi juice and mix well. Add Impossible Beef to simmering rempah and let simmer for 8-10 mins.
SERVE AND ENJOY
Garnish with coriander and parsley and then serve.
