Impossible Foods began in 2011 with an ambitious goal: to drastically reduce humanity's destructive impact on the global environment by completely replacing the use of animals as a food production technology. We intend to accomplish this mission within two decades by creating the world's most delicious, nutritious, affordable, and sustainable meat, fish, and dairy foods from plants. Will you join us?
Time Flies When You're Saving The World
Impossible Foods is founded by Dr. Patrick O. Brown.
Impossible Burger makes its worldwide debut at chef David Chang’s restaurant, Momofuku Nishi, in New York City.
Bareburger becomes first burger chain to carry Impossible Burger.
Impossible Foods begins production at first large-scale manufacturing facility in Oakland, California.
U.S. colleges and universities begin serving Impossible Burgers at on-campus dining halls.
