- Impossible™ Beef Made From Plants, 180 Grams
- Glass Noodles, 150 Grams
- Red Chili Pepper, 40 Grams
- Green Chili Pepper, 40 Grams
- Shallots, 40 Grams
- Garlic, 15 Grams
- Ginger, 10 Grams
- Corn Oil, 10 Grams
- Xiao Xing Wine
- Chili Bean Paste, 30 Grams
- Light Soy Sauce, 8 Grams
- Water, 350 Grams
- Granulated Sugar, 15 Grams
- Salt, 2 Grams
How to prepare
Step 1: PREP THE INGREDIENTS
Soak the glass noodles in cold water for 15 minutes or until soft. In the mean time, finely dice some red and green chili peppers. Mince the shallots, garlic and ginger. When the glass noodles become soft, cut them into 3-4 parts and drain the water out.
Step 2: PREPARE THE IMPOSSIBLE BEEF
Add corn oil into a heated wok. Add the minced shallots, ginger, garlic, and sauté them until you smell the wonderful aroma. Toss in the diced chili peppers. Crumble in the Impossible Beef and stir fry.
Step 3: MAKE THE SAUCE
Pour in a dash of Xiao Xing Wine into the mixture and allow it to evaporate. Stir in the Chili Bean paste and light soy sauce to the mixture. Stir fry for about 30 seconds. Add water, sugar salt, and stir fry over medium heat until the sauce boils.
Step 4: COOK THE GLASS NOODLES
Add the glass noodles into the sauce. Gently stir fry for them to absorb the sauce.
Step 5: SERVE AND ENJOY
When all the sauce has been soaked up, the dish is ready. Serve up and enjoy!
