A high heat wok will bring even more flavor out of this dish, but a normal pan will work well, too. For this particular version, we think it’s best served over rice and topped with a fried egg and sesame seeds, with a spritz of a fresh lime wedge if you really want to take it to the next level.

How to prepare
Step 1: PREP YOUR INGREDIENTS
Wash and clean the French beans, then trim the ends. Mince the garlic, ginger, spring onion and red chili.
Step 2: PREP THE SEASONING
Mix the seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl.
Step 3: COOK THE FRENCH BEANS
Heat a frying pan over high heat. WITHOUT adding oil, add in the French beans and stir fry constantly for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4: COOK THE IMPOSSIBLE BURGER
Using the same pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil over medium high heat. Add in minced garlic, minced ginger and spring onion, then stir fry until fragrant. Crumble in Impossible Burger and cook for 8-10 minutes until brown. Add in the red chili and stir until well combined.
Step 5: FINISH IT OFF
Add the cooked French beans back into the frying pan. Add in the seasoning and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the beans are tender and has absorbed the sauce.
Step 6: SERVE, SHARE, AND ENJOY
Makes 4 portions. Serve with rice.
