These dishes mean you can hibernate for another day and not have to head out to the supermarket because let’s be honest, who wants to face the long lines at the supermarket? How about a comfort food standard? Check out this recipe from high school chef Kaia Reyes: Impossible™ Gyoza(opens in a new tab). Kaia’s recipe was a tribute to her grandmother and a first-place winner in the Plate to Planet Challenge(opens in a new tab). This challenge was a partnership with the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) (opens in a new tab)as a first-of-its-kind recipe contest for teens. C-CAP is a workforce development nonprofit that provides underserved teens a pathway to success through jobs in the food sector. So check out Kaia’s winning recipe that combines Impossible Burger with cabbage and garlic in a tidy wrapper.

Okay, okay, this one has 15 ingredients. But the majority of the ingredients in our Impossible™ Chili Cheeseburger(opens in a new tab) are spices that are already sitting there in your spice rack. Our interpretation of this drive-in classic is super easy to make, just as meaty and delicious, and you don’t have to worry about making a mess in your car. Just make sure you have plenty of napkins!

One of our first products with Goldbelly was this incredible Impossible™ Salpicon Tostadas(opens in a new tab) recipe from James Beard award-winning chef Traci Des Jardins. Salpicon is a regional dish from Central and South America meaning “medley” or “mixed bag” and is typically made with ground, shredded or crumbled beef. Des Jardins (one of the first chefs to put Impossible Burger on her menu) flips this dish into a tostada and adds an extra creative element by incorporating Impossible Burger. With just eight ingredients and taking only 40 minutes to make, it’s sure to become one of your new favorite weeknight meals.
