WHY AM I ALLOWED TO SELL MY INVENTORY?
On March 26, the US Food and Drug Administration issued temporary guidance(opens in a new tab) to allow you to more easily sell your food inventory directly to consumers during the COVID-19 outbreak. We’re temporarily lifting our restrictions on selling Impossible products to consumers so you can take advantage of this change.
HOW DO I SELL MY INVENTORY?
You can sell raw Impossible Burger 5 lb bricks, 1/4 lb patties, and 1/3 lb patties in original packaging directly to your customers for them to prepare at home -- just print out and give them a copy of this PDF when you sell the product. The price is up to you.
HOW WILL CONSUMERS KNOW I'M SELLING MY INVENTORY?
Add your inventory to your delivery and takeout menus, and share the news on your social media, website, and other channels! We also encourage you to share your info here(opens in a new tab) so that we can promote your restaurant on our social channels.
