With over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Rob previously served as Chief Supply Officer at EverGrain Ingredients, a sustainable ingredient company created and backed by Anheuser Busch (AB) InBev.
At EverGrain, Rob led design, construction and operational ramp up for the first large scale plant-based barley protein ingredients company focused on upcycling brewers’ saved grain into high quality, nutritious ingredients and plant proteins. As an operational leader across multiple MCC plants, Rob implemented and optimized Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO), a world class lean manufacturing management system that unified AB InBev’s global operations into one cohesive unit.
Earlier in his career, Rob also helped build global operational capabilities to support new market expansion in APAC and Western Europe – including seven years living in China and Europe – and helped scale up new snack food production capabilities.
