  • World Vegan Month:  In honor of World Vegan Month, Plant Powered hosted several events, including a plant-based cooking demonstration and educational session about dispelling nutrition myths of vegan diets. We partnered with Sweet Farm, an animal sanctuary in Half Moon Bay, to bring “Goat-2-Meeting” where we highlighted the work they are doing to rescue animals from factory farming. As well as, a fireside chat with Jennifer, the founder of Vegan Women Summit to highlight her journey of veganism and amplifying the voices of women entrepreneurs in the space.
