4 steps
  1. PREP YOUR INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients used

    • 4 Wooden Skewers
    • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
    • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
    • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
    • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
    • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, grated
    • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
    • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
    • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until smooth.

  2. MAKE THE MEATBALLS

    Ingredients used

    • 1 Package Impossible™ Beef Made From Plants
    • 3/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
    • 2 Tablespoons Spring Onions, finely chopped
    • 2 Teaspoons Ginger, grated
    • 1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
    • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
    • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

In a large bowl, combine the Impossible Beef with meatball ingredients and stir until ingredients are well combined. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and slide onto wooden skewers (3-4 meatballs on each skewer).

  3. COOK THE SKEWERS

Place the skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in a 200C/400F preheated oven. Use ½ cup of the sauce for basting the meatballs and reserve the remaining sauce for serving. To baste the meatballs, use a spoon to pour the sauce over both sides of the meatballs after 15 minutes. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the meatballs are brown and cooked through.

  4. SERVE AND ENJOY

Remove meatballs from the oven, transfer to a serving plate and serve with remaining sauce.
